 – Full-time Opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and build modular applications including maintenance on existing functionalities.
  • Continuous integration of modular projects.
  • Developing and maintaining in-house multi-threaded applications in a multi-user environment.
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining thread safe application codes for systems development.
  • Project planning and implementation for new projects.
  • Providing technical support to traders.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or any technical-related discipline
  • At least 2 years of academic experience or 2 years of production level experience in Java language.
  • Ability to understand algorithms and develop high-performance implementation.
  • Experience with Java 8, REST, Spring Boot, Git, Mvn, SQL.
  • Be comfortable with Windows environment and Linux environment.
  • Interest in trading industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement quantitative trading models for specific asset classes
  • Research on data sets to find statistically-significant patterns that can be used to build trading strategies
  • Monitoring and streamlining trading processes
  • Search insights into how markets trade and incorporate them into trading strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Business Management in Quantitative Finance, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems, or any technical-related discipline
  • Interest in quantitative analytics or trading
  • Proficient in C++, C#, Java or Python
  • Able to commit in a team-oriented environment

 – Internship Opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of in-house systems
  • Provide technical support to traders

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems, or any technical-related discipline
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Experience of software development in Java, C# or C++
  • Ability to understand algorithms and develop high-performance implementations
  • Knowledge of trading systems would be highly regarded

  1. Eligibility Criteria
  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
  • Excellent academic results coupled with active involvement in co-curricular, leadership and community roles.
  • Demonstrated exemplary leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen interest in the finance industry.

     2. For Undergraduate Scholarships

  • Excellent academic results for GCE A-Level, Diploma from a Singapore Polytechnic, International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, NUS High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Acceptance into any of the following institutions: National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technology University (NTU), Singapore Management University (SMU), Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), or Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

     3. For Mid-Term Scholarships

  • Undergraduates with NUS, NTU, SMU, SIT, or SUTD in their penultimate year (2nd last year of their program).
  • On track for at least a Second Upper Class Honours or Magna Cum Laude.

  • Computer Science (Specialization in Machine Learning will be a plus)
